AUTOSTROKE (MANUAL @ VALVE)

1. Apply a minimum of 4 mA to power input of positioner.  Display will power up.
   

2. Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons.
   Press and release reset only.
   Count Down 3,2,1,0.
   This puts you in Menu #2.
   

3. Check position sensor span (Operating Mode 2.2). Angle or rotation must be >2% and <98%.
   

4. Switch to Operating Mode 2.0
   Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons.
   Count down 3,2,1,0.
   Valve will go into autostroke mode. When complete, valve will display current position and will alternately flash between: &-.
   

5. After autostroke press and hold RESET button for countdown 3,2,1,0.
   EEP will appear in display, locking settings into memory.
   You have returned to menu #1.

    

*** CAUTION FOR ROTARY VALVE ONLY ***

TZID output shaft can only be rotated in the direction of indicating arrow on the shaft.

 

Autostroke (Through Computer)

1. Connect > Single Device.
   

2. Device Data > Specialist.
   

3. Device > Load From Device.
   

4. Extension > Adjustments.
   

5. Device > Save In Device.
